Security
Our team are experienced in delivering projects that achieve SCEC compliance in relation to electronic and structural / building requirements to meet the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF). We have delivered a variety of projects requiring radio frequency (RF), acoustic, blast and attack criterion.
Design Management
We partner with you from the very start to develop your User Requirements Brief (URB) and Functional Design Brief (FDB) to ensure the design achieves its purpose, saving time and money as your project moves from blue print to reality. We manage project planning on your behalf including scope development, program development and project budgeting / feasibility studies.

Our team is experienced in the procurement of construction contractors. We provide governance and assurance that our projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and are administered in accordance with the Contract. Our team manage the project from commencement to commissioning, handover and takeover (CHOTO) and ensure adequate training is provided for the end users to seamlessly occupy the facility.

What projects have we delivered?
JP9103
PappsPM were engaged for project management and design management services of the modular data centers and antenna structures at HMAS Stirling and HMAS Harman as part of JP9103 to support the RAN's Protected Satellite Communications (SATCOM) capability. The data centers achieved physical security accreditation, exceeded acoustic and RF performance requirements.
PappsPM were engaged for project management and design management services for a modular MTOC for the RAAF. The MTOC was designed and manufactured in South Australia and trucked to RAAF Learmonth. The project achieved physical/ electronic security accreditation and was complete within a three month period.
Mission Tactical Operation Centre (MTOC)
PappsPM were engaged for project management and design management services for a security zoned office fit-out that achieved physical/ electronic security, RF and acoustic requirements. We partnered with the client from the very start and followed the project through to handover.
